By enrolling in any program, subscription, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below without limitation or qualification.

1. Platform & Services Overview

FitCoach Abhishek is a professional fitness coaching and consulting platform designed to help individuals improve their health, physique, mindset, and lifestyle through structured programs, coaching calls, digital learning modules, and accountability systems.

Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Personalized workout programs

  • Customized meal plans

  • Fat loss / muscle gain transformation programs

  • Online coaching sessions

  • Accountability support

  • Educational fitness modules

  • Community support access

All recommendations provided are advisory in nature. Results depend on individual consistency, effort, body type, lifestyle, and adherence to instructions.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. All programs require advance payment unless otherwise specified.
2.2. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful receipt of full or agreed installment payment.
2.3. Payments are processed via authorized third-party payment gateways.
2.4. FitCoach Abhishek does not store sensitive payment details such as card numbers or banking passwords.
2.5. Any applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our programs and immediate access to proprietary coaching materials, workout plans, and support systems:

All sales are final and non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.

By enrolling in any program, you agree to this no-refund policy.

3.2 Limited Refund Window (If Applicable)

If a specific program offers a refund window, it will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified refund period (if offered).

  • Requests made after the stated refund window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Refund eligibility may require proof of full compliance with program instructions and completion of assigned tasks.

3.3 No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after enrollment

  • Lack of time commitment

  • Failure to follow workout or diet instructions

  • Non-attendance of coaching calls

  • Incomplete assignments or check-ins

  • Dissatisfaction due to lack of personal effort

3.4 Installment Plans

If you enroll using a partial payment or installment plan:

  • The registration fee is strictly non-refundable.

  • Failure to complete remaining payments may result in termination of access.

  • No refund will be issued for partial usage of the program.

3.5 Program Deferral / Pause

In exceptional circumstances:

  • A written request must be submitted before the program validity expires.

  • Only one pause request may be considered.

  • Reactivation fees may apply.

  • Failure to notify within validity period may result in forfeiture of access.

Approval of pause or transfer is solely at the discretion of FitCoach Abhishek.

3.6 Termination Due to Policy Violation

If access is suspended or terminated due to:

  • Sharing of program materials

  • Misconduct or abusive behavior

  • Defamation or reputational harm

  • Unauthorized redistribution of content

No refund or compensation will be provided.

3.7 Performance Disclaimer

FitCoach Abhishek does not guarantee:

  • Specific weight loss results

  • Muscle gain targets

  • Inches lost

  • Body fat percentage outcomes

  • Competition-level physique

Client testimonials and transformations are for demonstration purposes only and do not represent guaranteed results.

4. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:

  • The decision will be made at the sole discretion of FitCoach Abhishek.

  • The client must provide complete payment documentation.

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

5. Health Responsibility Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • Participation in fitness programs involves physical activity and inherent risks.

  • You are responsible for consulting a medical professional before starting any program.

  • You assume full responsibility for your participation and results.

FitCoach Abhishek shall not be liable for injuries, health complications, or outcomes arising from improper execution or medical conditions.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
